The opening of AIR Offices in Rotterdam marks an important milestone in Unilever’s workplace journey, forming part of the new One Unilever Campus. Guided by three principles - better for people, the planet, and the business. The space reflects a workplace strategy designed to support collaboration, wellbeing, and more sustainable ways of working.
The project shows how modern workplaces can go beyond traditional office design. Through circular interior choices, user-focused spaces, and a strong sustainability agenda, the environment encourages connection while supporting hybrid work. Achieving BREEAM Excellent certification and meeting Paris Proof standards, the workplace balances environmental responsibility with a calm, inspiring environment for its users.
With wellbeing integrated throughout - from biophilic design to dedicated wellness facilities - the result is a workplace that supports both productivity and community, demonstrating how thoughtful workplace strategy can translate into spaces where people and organisations can truly thrive.

Asterix Consulting is proud to have been part of the redesign of Unilever’s Nigeria Head Office, which achieved a 4 Star Green Star Interiors certification from the Green Building Council South Africa - the first certified interiors project of its kind in Nigeria.
